Peace of mind
1-year warranty on every vehicle
Every car from Our Dealership comes with a 12-month warranty. Below you’ll find a clear summary of what’s covered, what isn’t, and how to make a claim.
What’s covered at a glance
Our warranty covers the unexpected failure of mechanical and electrical components arising under normal private use. Routine service items, wear-and-tear, accidental damage, neglect or modifications beyond manufacturer specification are not covered. Claims require pre-authorisation.
Clutch
Covers sudden mechanical failure of internal clutch components (cover, pressure plate, release bearing, master/slave cylinders). Excludes friction plate wear, contamination judder and adjustment.
Gearbox
Manual & automatic: internal failure of gears, shafts, synchros, valve bodies, mechatronics and torque converters. Fluids, filters, software coding and clutch packs worn through use are excluded unless required for an authorised repair.
Engine
Major internal moving parts: pistons, rings, crankshaft, bearings, con-rods, camshafts, valves/guides, oil pump, timing chains/gears. Ancillaries (belts, hoses, filters, fluids) excluded unless part of an authorised repair.
Driveline & differentials
Drive shafts, CV joints (excluding boots), propshafts, differentials and transfer boxes for sudden failure. Dust boots, fluids and vibration from worn tyres excluded.
Suspension
Coil springs, arms, ball joints, anti-roll bars and bushes for sudden breakage. General deterioration, corrosion and alignment are excluded.
Steering
Racks, pumps and electric power-assist motors for sudden failure. Track-rod ends, alignment and impact damage excluded.
Cooling system
Radiator, water pump, thermostat housing and heater matrix for sudden failure or leaks. Hoses, clips, coolant and contamination blockages excluded.
Air conditioning
Compressor, condenser, evaporator and receiver-dryer for sudden failure. Re-gassing, pipes/hoses and seals excluded unless part of an authorised repair.
Braking system
Master cylinder, ABS pump/module and caliper housings for sudden failure. Wear items (pads, discs, shoes) and brake fluid are excluded.
Fuel system
Fuel pumps (mechanical/electric), fuel rail and injectors for electrical/mechanical failure. Contamination (mis-fuelling), filters and routine cleaning excluded.
Electrics
Alternator, starter, ECU/PCM (factory spec), window motors/regulators, central locking actuators and instrument clusters for sudden failure. Bulbs, fuses, batteries, wiring looms and aftermarket equipment excluded.
General exclusions
Consumables (fluids, filters, wipers, tyres, batteries), bodywork, glass, trim/interior, damage from neglect/overheating/racing/off-road. Service schedules must be kept to manufacturer guidance. All claims need pre-authorisation.
How to make a claim
- Stop driving the vehicle if further damage could occur.
- Contact [email protected] with your registration, mileage and a brief description.
- We’ll direct you to an approved repairer for diagnosis.
- Work must not begin until we issue written authorisation.
Note: diagnostics may be required; if the fault isn’t covered, diagnostic costs are at the customer’s expense.
