How the Guarantee Works

When you buy a vehicle online or over the phone from Our Dealership, you automatically receive a 14-day “cooling-off” period. This means you can inspect, test, and decide whether the vehicle fully meets your expectations — just as you would when buying in person.

• The 14-day period starts on the day you receive the vehicle at your address.
• If you decide not to keep it for any reason, simply notify us in writing (email is fine) within 14 days.
• We’ll arrange a collection or guide you to return the car to our nearest branch. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as delivered, with no excessive mileage or damage.
• Once the car has been inspected, a full refund is processed within 3–5 working days to your original payment method.

Legal Basis in the United Kingdom

The right to cancel an online vehicle purchase is governed by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. These regulations ensure that consumers who buy remotely have the same protections as if they purchased in person — including the right to return a product within 14 days of delivery.

Additionally, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a vehicle that is:

• As described in the listing and sales agreement
• Of satisfactory quality and roadworthy
• Fit for the intended purpose

Fair Use and Conditions

During the 14-day period, you may drive the car for reasonable distance to test it, but it must be returned in substantially the same condition. Excess mileage, damage, or unauthorised modifications may result in reasonable deductions, in line with UK Trading Standards guidelines.

Vehicles returned with mechanical issues not caused by the buyer will be fully refunded once inspected by our certified technicians.
